Our client is a wealth management company based in the heart of Bristol and we are excited to be recruiting a Business Administrator to join their team!

If you are a reliable team player with previous administration experience, this could be the role for you. The successful candidate will be responsible for all administration regarding investments for new and existing clients – strong organisation skills are essential!

Daily duties include:

  • Dealing with client enquiries via telephone, letter, and email
  • Liaising with all relevant internal and external personnel
  • Ensuring documentation and application forms are correct
  • Arranging switches of funds via online system or on paper and tracking the progress
  • Assisting with the production of regular valuation reports for clients
  • Maintaining databases to ensure information is up to date
  • Working with the team to resolve any issues

Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as being proficient in a range of IT applications. Previous experience within financial services would be ideal however this is not essential.
