Our client is a market leader in their field, and prides themselves on providing a high-quality healthcare service to customers across the UK. We are excited to be partnering with our client in the recruitment for this fantastic Business Development Advisor role!

Duties include:

  • Developing new working relationships with clients
  • Consistently working towards and achieving KPIs and targets
  • Managing your own lead generation activities (e.g., digital networking)
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to improve and maximise the potential of new business
  • Developing, managing, and analysing the lead database using HubSpot
  • Conducting daily outbound calls and following up on marketing-generated leads
  • Managing your overall sales pipeline

Skills and experience required:

  • At least 18 months of sales experience
  • Previous customer service or telesales experience is required
  • Confident dealing with clients over the phone
  • Strong sales and communication skills
