The role:

• Leading the implementation of process and data improvements
• Providing expertise to support development of case management systems
• Collaborating with Partners to support client onboarding
• Supporting the onboarding of delegated claims handling schemes
• Providing data and analysis to support client tenders
• Performance management and development of the team

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar role, managing people, projects, and processes. Experience of setting and managing performance and quality standards. Experience of writing business cases and delivering projects to improve processes.
