Can you effectively build relationships with clients? Have you worked within the world of insurance in some capacity and are looking to climb your career ladder as a Commercial Insurance Broker?

As a Commercial Insurance Broker, you will be providing broking support to maximise performance (renewals), customer retention and mid-term opportunities. You’ll meet and exceed expectations of internal and external customers whilst being a technical referral point within the team.

It is required that you have had exposure to commercial insurance previously, (please also apply if you have worked within personal lines insurance).

Daily duties for the Commercial Insurance Broker will include:

  • Handling existing customer inquiries, building strong relationships with clients
  • Responsible for dealing with processes involved in mid-term adjustments and renewals
  • Ensuring all requests from clients are dealt with promptly, correctly and efficiently within guidelines
  • Gathering all relevant information from the clients on their policy, levels of cover and exclusions concerning the renewal queries being presented
  • Responsible for ensuring the processing of renewal policies are met
