My client, a market leader in their field, is recruiting for two experienced contact centre Operations Managers – one permanent and one on a 12-month fixed term contract.
This is a great opportunity to step into an incredible business – one where you will lead, motivate, and mentor 6-8 team leaders and their frontline customer service teams in meeting service delivery and call quality targets. You will also ensure a brilliant customer experience and drive operational excellence and efficiency through continuous process review and improvement.
