• 31.5 hours per week – rotational shift pattern working 3 days per week
• 10pm – 8:30am

Our client offers exceptional guest experiences for all of their customers, and they’re looking for a Night Reservations Executive to join their friendly team. Initially, you will be based in their Clifton office to complete training, but after that this role is remote working. Training for this role will be 4-6 weeks and will take place during day shifts before you are signed off for night shifts.

Please note, this is role is night shift only working 10pm until 8:30am and you must be fully flexible on the days you will work as our client operates 24/7.

The only requirement? You need to be eager to deliver high-quality customer service!

The Role:

• Providing outstanding guest experiences
• Acting as first point of contact for customer queries and issues
• Taking ownership of queries and resolving effectively
• Handling all inbound calls and emails in a timely manner
• Liaising with relevant personnel to resolve problems
• Recording accurate details of all communications
• Proactively handling issues in line with company procedures

The Person:

Previous experience in customer service necessary, and sales or reservations is desirable but not essential. You will also need excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with guests and internal personnel.
