Our client offers exceptional guest experiences for all of their customers, and they’re looking to develop their team of Customer Service Executives to help them! You’ll be working with the rest of the team to provide excellent customer service to their guests in line with company standards and procedures.

This role is working nights with a shift pattern of 4 on and 3 off or 5 on and 2 off. The hours will be 11:00pm - 7:30am 37.5 hours per week.

The Role:

  • Providing outstanding guest experiences
  • Meeting and exceeding objectives and KPIs
  • Maintaining accurate knowledge regarding company policies, processes and operations, products, rates, brands, promotions, and services
  • Answering incoming calls and emails, and resolving any issues in a professional manner
  • Following all company policies and procedures to ensure that customer service processes run smoothly
  • Handling reservations and general guest queries and product information requests in an efficient and timely manner to maximise guest satisfaction and sales opportunities
  • Managing changes to existing reservations when needed
  • Maintaining accurate records of all communications within the relevant opportunities
  • Logging and managing complaints in line with the correct complaints procedure
  • Liaising with other departments including operations, reservations, and finance as needed
  • Identifying opportunities to reduce unnecessary contact, improve policies and processes, increase sales and improve guest experience
  • Seeking to support guests to self-serve wherever possible

The Person:

Previous experience in customer service necessary, and sales or reservations is desirable but not essential. You will also need excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with guests and internal personnel.
