Our client offers exceptional guest experiences for all of their customers, and they’re looking for a Night Reservations Executive to join their friendly team. Initially, you will be based in their Clifton office to complete training, but after that this role is remote working.
Please note, this is role is night shift only between the hours of 10pm and 9am, and follows a 4 on 3 off shift pattern.
The only requirement? You need to be eager to deliver high-quality customer service!
The Role:
- Providing outstanding guest experiences
- Meeting and exceeding objectives and KPIs
- Maintaining accurate knowledge regarding company policies, processes, and products
- Answering incoming calls and emails
- Handling reservations and general guest queries in a timely manner
- Managing changes to existing reservations when needed
- Maintaining accurate records of all communications
- Logging and managing complaints in line with company policy
- Liaising with other departments including operations, reservations, and finance as needed

The Person:
Previous experience in customer service necessary, and sales or reservations is desirable but not essential. You will also need excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with guests and internal personnel.
