This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Customer Service Manager to join a successful and market leading business, taking responsibility for the customer service team.

The successful applicant will be a motivational leader with solid experience of running a team to deliver exceptional service. The team are responsible for handling customer queries and the order placing process where there is the opportunity to cross-sell, upsell and to build long term relationships with customers.

The current team are a strong unit with the capability to achieve even more so it’s essential that the Manager is ambitious and driven with high standards and the ability to bring the team on board to achieve together.

This role also holds a place in the management team who collectively lead the business in delivering campaigns, conducting analysis and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.

Experience Needed

  • Proven track record in a leadership role. Applicants must clearly demonstrate their previous experience in managing a team and in improving collective performance / results
  • Mentoring and coaching experience – people development skills and passion are key to this role
  • Superb communication skills
  • Program management, implementation and evaluation
  • Analytical skills to measure customer satisfaction, engagement and retention with a view to building on all three areas
  • Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders including vendors and suppliers
