Our client, a leading executive search firm based in Bristol, is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Partners of one of their growing practice areas and in doing so, maximise their efficiency and output on all business activities.

The role of Executive Assistant is varied and demanding, and no two days will be the same. While the successful applicant will be able to undertake their duties and responsibilities remotely, they will be expected to be in the Bristol office 2-3 days a week.

In return for the demands and expectation of this role, there is a market leading salary and benefits package on offer, and a laptop and phone will be provided.

Daily duties and responsibilities to include;

  • Complex diary management – scheduling meetings, internal and external with management and coordination of multiple stakeholders, often across various time zones
  • Coordinating multiple search projects with differing levels of complexity, whilst understanding the specific requirements of each client, all while maintaining strict confidentiality
  • Gatekeeper to the Partners and practice members from external demands, ensuring they are able to focus on the highest priority issues
  • Extensive travel coordination – maximising value of the trip and ensuring high level of efficiency and cost effectiveness – international and domestic
  • Liaising to assist in booking meetings, interviews and events, in doing so contributing to the client and candidate experience
  • Building and maintaining key client and EA relationships to enable more effective operations
  • Working with the other EAs, supporting each other to ensure all work is completed, providing cover as required
  • Completing various EA and administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the firm

The successful applicant should have;

  • Previous experience working in fast-paced corporate environments
  • Experience in a similar role or the transferable skills required to ensure its successful undertaking
  • Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication, administrative and prioritisation skills
  • Proven analytical experience and research abilities
