Our client, a leading vehicle leasing provider, is looking for a Finance Support Assistant to join their bustling finance department! If you have previous administration experience and are keen to grow your skills within a financial environment, this could be the role for you!

The role:

  • Processing invoices and handling any related queries
  • Rescheduling and amending agreements as needed
  • Handling a range of queries and escalating if appropriate
  • Liaising with internal and external personnel
  • Dealing with contract amendments
  • Processing the termination of quotes as required

Due to the nature of this role, previous administration experience would be advantageous! You will also need to have strong written and verbal communication skills along with a working knowledge of IT systems such as Microsoft Office. Excellent organisational skills and key attention to detail is also required for this role.
