Our client, a boutique executive search and consultancy firm, works with an enviable selection of national and international blue-chip and corporate clients across several practices/specialisms.  Due to their ongoing success and planned growth, we are looking for a Head of Talent to work closely with their CEO to attract the very best talent available.

The Head of Talent will become the face of the business externally and will be a strong network builder.  You’ll work to ensure a pipeline of the markets best talent whilst also working internally, to induct, manage, develop, and retain the team.

 

Responsibilities include;

  • Supporting the firm’s growth plan through external recruitment and internal development
  • Responsible for the hiring of entry-level candidates to participate in their internal Associate Development Programme
  • Managing relationships with preferred recruitment agencies
  • Developing relationships with external organisations, such as Universities, Sporting Institutions, Ex-Forces etc, and attracting direct candidates from these
  • Organising internal staff workshops and external staff development and training
  • Reporting to the Managing Partner, CEO

 

Experience needed:-

  • A strong recruitment background, ideally gained across both agency and in-house roles
  • Experience of working with senior board members and multiple stakeholders
  • Emotional intelligence and a keen drive to achieve
  • Proven networking ability
