Our client, a leading financial services provider, is looking for an HR & Payroll Administrator to join their friendly team and support the busy HR department. You’ll play a key role in the HR Support Team working together to provide general HR and Payroll administration for the team. So, if you’re looking to expand your skills (perhaps you’ve completed your CIPD Level 3 and you’re looking for a new challenge) then this could be the job for you!

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Managing the administration of all relevant HR systems including processing new starters, movers, and leavers for payroll, processing any in life contractual changes in a timely manner
  • Managing Payroll administration on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy in the information and all deadlines are met
  • Ensuring the accuracy of HR records and systems
  • Ensuring consistent delivery of agreed HR Key Performance Indicators
  • Answering all HR queries including reference requests, policy queries, HR self-service system queries, and occupational health/absence queries
  • Assisting with general HR administrative tasks and producing monthly and ad hoc HR reports
  • Assisting the HR Support Lead with the implementation of new processes
  • Supporting the Business Partners with the coordination of all resourcing, learning, and development activity where needed

For this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience within a fast-paced HR environment
  • Previous experience carrying out Payroll tasks
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, multi-task, and work to tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Level 3 CIPD is desirable but not essential
