• Previous business to business marketing experience is required for this role

Our client is looking to welcome a talented and creative Marketing Manager to their friendly Marketing team!

In this role, you will be a key member of the marketing team, providing the marketing support necessary for effective activation-led campaigns and communications. You will hold key responsibilities for managing internal and external marketing requests and campaigns.

Key duties will include:

• Managing budgets and reporting on marketing performance  
• Providing specialist communications and campaigns to all audiences
• Managing and mentoring junior members of the team
• Working with the team and management to execute successful marketing campaigns
• Managing the content calendar with assistance from the marketing team
• Generating and curating content including web pages, webinars, and blogs
• Planning and creating email marketing campaigns
• Supporting with the management of social media channels
• Producing creative assets such as leaflets, magazines, and guides
• Organising and managing corporate and internal events
• Supporting the Business Development Team with all marketing requirements

Required skills and experience:

• A minimum of 3 years in a fast-paced B2B marketing position
• Proven experience developing and delivering marketing campaigns
• A strong understanding of key metrics that align with successful campaigns
• Track record of working in collaboration with key functions such as service/product delivery
• Experience of HubSpot (or similar) is desirable
