As a Product Delivery Lead, you will be assisting your colleagues and team leader in the effective running of the department.

Daily duties will include:
- Managing data requests and processing incoming data change requests
- Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Managing department projects, data, and products as needed
- Responsible for product creating, testing, and delivery
- Ensuring stakeholders are informed of project progress
- Assisting with staff work allocation, coaching, and mentoring as required
- Handling escalated requests from the Access & Data Technician
- Accurately documenting all department processes
- Contributing to monthly, quarterly, and annual permanent supervision reporting controls
- Assisting with implementing system upgrades
Due to the technical nature of this role, familiarity with SQL (or similar) is required, along with experience in managing customer expectations and service delivery. The successful candidate will also have strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
