You’re an outgoing and self-motivated individual who thrives in a customer facing role. You’ve probably worked in a sales role before, or maybe a customer service role where you’re encouraged to upsell. Now, you’re ready for something different. Professional and personable with the potential to reach a superb OTE.
Your customer base will be businesses, ranging in size and sector but with one thing in common; they’ve already expressed an interest or may well be a current client just waiting to renew. Warm sales.
You’ll be building relationships, understanding what your customers need and finding them the most fitting financial solution possible.
This is a business development opportunity, but it’s not your typical telesales role.
Duties
- Working to monthly and quarterly targets to ensure renewals, generate new business, cross-sell and upsell to existing clients
- Produce accurate and attractive quotes and proposals for your customers
- Provide excellent service to customers at all times, working closely with colleagues across the business to resolve any issues efficiently
- Proactively complete all administrative procedures
Skills and Experience Required
- Excellent communication skills, gained in a customer facing role
- Proven ability to work to targets and to manage own workload within agreed timescales
- Experience of negotiation, handling objections and completing deals / agreements
Telesales experience is beneficial although candidates with strong skill sets who are keen to work in a business development role are encouraged to apply.
