Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Case Manager to join their team during an exciting period of growth!

In this role, you will be managing a caseload of around 50 files and building strong working relationships with professional clients. You will also be expected to carry out full reviews of files and conducting a large amount of technical work.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing own caseload and undertaking all technical tasks
• Completing all client updates
• Conducting initial calls to business partners to establish a communication plan
• Managing case costs against set budgets
• Assisting finance with aged debt on completed work

Skills and experience required:

• Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience of managing business partners and customer relationships
• Keen attention to detail
• Self-motivated and proactive at all times
