Our client, a leading financial services provider, is looking for a Senior HR Support Coordinator to join their busy HR department. You’ll be playing a key role within the team to act as first point of contact for a range of day-to-day HR queries, and providing guidance on best practice.

The Role:

  • Managing the administration and maintenance of all relevant HR systems including processing new starters, movers, and leavers for payroll
  • Managing payroll administration on a monthly basis
  • Ensuring accuracy across all HR records and systems
  • Answering all HR queries, reference requests, policy queries, and occupational health/absence queries
  • Assisting the HR Support Lead with the implementation of new processes
  • Supporting the coordination of all resourcing, learning & development activity
  • Coaching and developing HR colleagues
  • Managing daily team meetings to drive performance and daily operations
  • Implementing larger tasks or projects as needed

Required skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar fast-paced role is required
  • Advanced level of specific subject matter expertise
  • Excellent time management, organisation, and delegation skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and payroll processes
  • Experience of developing others through shared experience and expertise
