We’re excited to be recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join our client’s friendly team based in Yate! This is a 6-8 week assignment with the potential to lead to a permanent role.
You will be supporting Account Managers with general administrative duties including:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Opening post and scanning invoices
- Identifying any missing invoices and downloading them from the relevant portals
- Ensuring internal systems and spreadsheets are kept up to date
- Assisting with ad hoc duties as needed
The successful candidate should have excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail. You should also have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel.
