We are excited to be recruiting for an award-winning financial technology company, based in the heart of Bath who are looking for immediately available administrators to join their friendly client services team.

As a temporary administrator, you will be responsible for completing tasks to assist with the migration of customers from another provider.

Daily tasks will include;

  • Inputting customer details accurately onto the database
  • Updating changes to addresses and other contact details
  • Generating and sending pensions and investments statements
  • Responding to requests and delivering excellent customer service
  • Liaise with the relevant parties to chase outstanding documentation

Should you be successful in securing a permanent position, you will be trained to take on additional and more complex duties and responsibilities.

No experience? No problem! You may have previous administration experience, you may be a graduate wanting to join a business that offers career progression, or you may be looking for a change of career and a move out of retail or hospitality.
