My client, based in Cheltenham, is looking for a Trading Underwriter to join their growing team.

As a Trading Underwriter you will be a key part of the Commercial Trading Team, day to day, you’ll be required to underwrite and process new business and renewal cases. You will handle calls with direct customers and brokers alike, develop a working relationship with the insurer through regular referrals and maintain service level agreements when issuing documentation.

Ideally you will have:

• Insurance experience (commercial is desirable but not essential)
• High degree of literacy and numeracy
• Be able to pick out different information in large documents and be able to type this up with justification
